Questions people ask.

Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU. Every account includes a Data Processing Agreement, and you can export all your data whenever you like.
Do I need my own domain?
Not to start. Quick start lets you send up to 300 emails a month from a shared 404 Emails address; add your own domain later to send from your own address without that limit.
Can I move from Mailchimp or another tool?
Yes: export your contacts as a CSV file and import them. Emails are rebuilt in our builder; nothing transfers automatically. Here's how it works.
Can someone else design my emails?
Yes. Invite a designer to your workspace; they can build campaigns and templates without seeing your contacts, and you can approve every email before it's sent.
Is it in Czech?
The app is in English today, with a Czech version on its way. Support is in Czech and English.
What does it cost?
Free up to 250 subscribers. Paid plans have every feature and start at 290 Kč a month, sized to your list, with no VAT added. See pricing.
