Pricing questions
Who counts as a subscriber?
Only people you can actually email: subscribed to your list, not unsubscribed, and not blocked after a bounce or spam complaint. Contacts you keep without a subscription don't count.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is charged automatically and your plan never upgrades itself. We warn you at 80% and 95%. At the subscriber limit, new sign-ups from your forms wait and are added automatically once you choose a bigger size; at the email limit, sending pauses until the 1st of the month or until you choose a bigger size.
Do you add VAT?
No. 404 Branding s.r.o. isn't a VAT payer, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Invoices are issued automatically and you can add your company ID (IČO) to them.
Can I change size or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing in your workspace. Moving up takes effect straight away with the difference charged for the rest of the month; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. Nothing is deleted when you move down.
What about quick start?
Quick start lets you send up to 300 emails a month from a shared 404 Emails address, on any plan. Verify your own domain to use your plan's full allowance.
