Email builder

Design emails by clicking, not coding.

Add the parts on the left, type straight into the email in the middle, and change the selected part on the right. What you see is what arrives.

The editor: add parts on the left, edit the email in the middle, fine-tune on the right.

How it works

From blank page to sent, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Start from a template

Pick one of 25 ready-made templates - monthly news, a sale, an event, Christmas - or start blank. It opens in your brand.

  2. 2

    Click and type

Change the words straight in the email. Add a heading, text, button or image from the left; adjust it on the right.

  3. 3

    Check it everywhere

Preview it on a desktop, on a phone and in a dark inbox, and send a test to yourself.

  4. 4

Send, or save for next time

Send it as a campaign, or save it as your own template so next month's takes minutes.

The parts

Four building blocks. Endless newsletters.

Every email is built from the same simple parts, stacked in one column so it reads well on any phone.

  • Headings

Four sizes, your heading font and colour, aligned left, centre or right.

  • Text

Paragraphs in your body font, in three sizes and any colour.

  • Buttons

A link people can tap: your colours, four corner styles, full width if you like.

  • Images

From your image library or uploaded on the spot, with alt text and an optional link.

An example

A bakery's October newsletter.

Four parts, in the bakery's own colours and fonts. This is the whole email - short emails get read.

  • Started from the Monthly newsletter template.
  • The look came from the Brand Kit: logo, coral and green, a serif for headings.
  • One button, one job: order for Friday. Everything in the email points to it.
  • Then: a phone preview, a test to their own inbox, and send.

How editing works

Click it, change it.

Edit in place
Type your heading, text and button labels directly into the email, in its real fonts and colours.
Settings on the side
Click any part to select it; its colours, size, alignment and spacing appear next to the email. Click the background for the whole email's style.
Move things around
Drag parts into a new order, or use the up and down buttons. Duplicate a part to reuse it.
Images without detours
Choose an image from your library or upload a new one right from the email; it's saved to your library too.
Templates
Save any email as a template and start new campaigns from it, so your monthly newsletter takes minutes.

Preview

Check it before anyone else sees it.

  • Desktop and mobile previews of the exact email your subscribers will get.
  • Light and dark inbox - see how apps that invert colours in dark mode will show it.
  • Test emails to your own inbox, as many times as you like.

Brand Kit

Set your brand once. Use it in every email.

Your logo, colours, fonts and button style, saved in one place. New emails start in your brand, so they look like you without anyone remembering hex codes.

Logos
Your logo and its versions, with one main logo ready to drop into any email.
Colour palettes
Your brand colours, one click away on every colour picker in the editor.
Email colours
Backgrounds, headings and body text, picked from your palettes.
Fonts
Brand fonts for headings and text, each with a fallback for Gmail and Outlook.
Buttons
Button colour, text colour and corner style.
Sender name
The name people see in their inbox, filled in on every new campaign.
  • New emails start branded. Every new campaign and template opens with your colours, fonts and sender name.
  • Older emails stay as they were. Changing your Brand Kit never rewrites emails you already made.
  • “Apply brand” when you want it. One button brings an existing draft in line with your current brand.
  • Designers can keep it up to date, if you work with one.

Questions about the builder

Do I need to know HTML?
No. You build emails from ready-made parts and never see code.
Are there ready-made templates?
Yes - 25 of them, in English and Czech: a welcome email, a monthly newsletter, a product launch, a sale, an event invitation, and seasonal ones like Black Friday, Christmas and Easter. Each opens in your own colours and fonts.
Will it look right on phones?
Yes. Emails are a single column that fits the screen, and the preview shows the mobile view.
What about dark mode?
The Dark inbox preview shows how apps that invert colours in dark mode, like Gmail on iPhone or Outlook, may show your email - images included.
Which fonts can I use?
Email-safe fonts that display the same in every inbox, plus popular web fonts like Inter, Lato or Playfair Display, each with a safe fallback for inboxes that don't load web fonts.
Can I go back to an earlier version?
Every save is kept in the version history, so you can look at what an email said before.
Can I import a design from another tool?
Not as a file. Rebuild it from the parts and save it as a template, so you only do it once.
Can I have more than one brand?
Each workspace has one Brand Kit. Separate brands work best as separate workspaces.
Can I still change colours in a single email?
Yes. The Brand Kit sets the starting point; any email can be adjusted on its own.
Can someone else design the emails for me?
Yes. Invite a designer to your workspace: they build the emails, and you approve them before anything is sent.
