Plans and billing
Free and Standard, what counts, and changing your plan.
Every workspace starts on Free: up to 250 subscribers and 1,000 emails a month. Standard has every feature - unlimited automations and forms, and inviting outside designers - in five sizes from 500 to 10,000 subscribers, each with 10 emails a month per subscriber. See Pricing for the prices.
What counts as a subscriber
Only people you can email: subscribed to your list, not unsubscribed, and not blocked after a bounce or spam complaint. Contacts kept without a subscription don't count.
Choose or change your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing (owners and admins).
- On Free, pick a size and choose Choose this plan. You pay by card through Stripe and can add your company ID (IČO) for the invoice.
- Already on Standard? Use Manage subscription to change size, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Any prorated amount is shown before you confirm.
When you reach a limit
Nothing is charged automatically. Billing shows a warning at 80% and 95%. At the subscriber limit, new sign-ups from your forms aren't lost: they wait (for up to 60 days) and are added automatically, oldest first, as soon as there's room. Contacts you add or import yourself can't be subscribed until you choose a bigger size. At the email limit, sending pauses until the 1st of the month or until you choose a bigger size.
