The setup steps, in order

What to do before your first send, and why.

  1. Choose how you'll send: quick start (no DNS needed) or your own domain. See Sending domain setup.
  2. Add your sender details: your business name and postal address, shown in every email's footer. Go to Settings → Sending → Sender details.
  3. Set up your Brand Kit (optional but worth it): logo, colours and fonts under Settings → Brand.
  4. Add contacts: import a CSV file or add people one by one under Contacts.
  5. Create your first campaign under Campaigns.
