Create and share a signup form

1. Go to Signup forms and create a form.
2. Set the heading, description, fields, the marketing permission text people agree to, the success message and the colours.
3. Turn on double opt-in if you want people to confirm by email.
4. Press Publish form.
5. Share the form's own page with Copy link, or put it on your website with Copy embed code.

Each signup keeps a consent record: when it happened, through which form, and the permission text they saw.
