Every 404 Emails form has its own page you can link to, and an embed code that works on any website that lets you add HTML.

1. Publish a form under Signup forms.
2. To link to it (from social media, an email signature or a button), click Copy link.
3. To show it inside your site, click Copy embed code and paste it where your site builder accepts custom HTML (an "Embed", "Code" or "HTML" block).
4. For a pop-up or corner button instead, choose it under Installation options on the form's page and copy that code.
5. Sign up once on your site to check.
