A signup form inside your Webflow pages

Paste your 404 Emails form into a Webflow Embed element - no code to write and no API key.

  1. In 404 Emails, publish a form under Signup forms.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations → Webflow, choose the form and click Copy embed code.
  3. In Webflow, open the page, add an Embed element (Add panel → Embed) and paste the code.
  4. Publish your Webflow site, then sign up once on the published page to check.

Consent, double opt-in, groups and tags work exactly as set on the form in 404 Emails.
