Make, Zapier, n8n

Add contacts from any app your automation tool connects to

Use your automation tool's HTTP or Webhooks step to add contacts or sign people up through a form - from a CRM, a booking system or a spreadsheet.

  1. Create an API key on the API keys page with the permissions your recipe needs - copy it straight away, it's shown once.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations → Make, Zapier, n8n and pick a recipe (for example Recipe 3 — Submit through an existing 404 Emails Form).
  3. In Make use the HTTP → Make a request module; in Zapier use Webhooks by Zapier; in n8n the HTTP Request node. Copy the method, address and body from the recipe.
  4. Add the Authorization header with your key, and on every POST an Idempotency-Key that stays the same when the same event is retried.
  5. Run a test and check for a 2xx response with ok: true.

Keep the key in the tool's own credential storage - never in a shared scenario field or a website.
